She has led transformation in Senior Leader and Executive level roles for several top fortune 100 companies such as Caterpillar Inc, Dow Chemical, Merck Pharmaceutical and most recently, Vice President of Environmental Health Safety and Transformation for Pentair.
She was recently featured in the 2024 Empower Top 100 Executive Role Model lists of individuals who have made it their personal mission to make a difference.

William Garay Jr

William Garay, Jr. is a U.S. Army veteran, father of four, and founder of Exhort Leadership. He specializes in professional development and team-building, helping leaders enhance communication, align teams, and lead with authenticity. As a speaker and coach, William empowers young professionals to overcome challenges and step confidently into leadership roles. He is co-owner, with his wife Jessica and leads business development at Snowie Texas.

Michelle is a first-generation college graduate. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Supervisor (LCSW-S) and is the Owner/Operator of Array of Hope LLC Private Practice and President /Founder of Array of Hope, Health and Healing Non-Profit, both in Pearland Texas. Michelle is a first-generation college graduate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Houston- Clearlake and her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Main Campus.
Michelle has more than 30 years of experience working in various roles within Social Service Agencies. She is a Mental Health Advocate, Keynote and Motivational Speaker. Michelle provides Mental Health, Spiritual and Leadership Trainings/ Workshops for Corporations, Social Service Agencies, Churches and Schools.Michelle loves light and considers of self an avid chaser of Sunrises and Sunsets. She is passionate about seeing the light come on in the eyes of individuals, couples, families and agencies who were once standing at the brink of hopelessness.
